The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) has been constituted under National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021. Its mandate is to regulate 56 Allied and Healthcare professions given under the Schedule of the NCAHP Act, 2021.
The Allied and Healthcare Professionals database is a centralized database of enrollment of Allied and Healthcare Professionals covered under the Schedule of the Act.
“No charges/fee” are to be given for enrolment of Allied and Healthcare Professionals.
Enrolling in Allied and Healthcare Professionals Database takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete the process. Allied and Healthcare Professionals can enroll via link mentioned below: https://ahpr.abdm.gov.in or via NCAHP website.
You need to keep ready your Aadhaar number, Aadhaar link mobile number for OTP, 10th Certificate, 12th Certificate, Professional Degree/Diploma certificates and Internship certificate (if any).

Aadhaar verification ensures the authenticity of your identity and helps in fetching your personal details automatically during the enrolment process.
Ensure that your mobile number is linked with your Aadhaar. If you still don't receive the OTP, try resending it or contact Aadhaar support for assistance.
During the enrolment process, you will be provided with username suggestions. You may choose one of the suggestions given.
On the login page, click on the 'Forgot Password' link and follow the instructions to reset your password using your registered mobile number or email.
Your Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Aadhaar communication address are automatically fetched from the Aadhaar database. You are required to enter additional details such as Father's Name, Mother's Name, Spouse Name, Nationality and address for communication (if different from Aadhaar) etc manually.
You can update your details until not submitted.
Presently, there is no mobile application for the Allied and Healthcare Professionals Enrolment Database. However, the website for database is mobile responsive.
